Strengths

  1. Most faculties are having industrial experience.
  2. The faculties are getting exposure to work in industries.
  3. Modern teaching methodology like L.C.D. projector, Computers, O.H.P., etc are available in the institute.
  4. The Principal of our institution is working as chairman of BOS and other three members are working as members
  5. Two of the faculty members are working on the faculty of Engg.
  6. Two of the faculty members are working on examination committee constituted under 32(5)(a).
  7. Above membership help us to cater the best by making necessary changes in the syllabus as the time demands.
  8. Semester pattern syllabus is structured by considering industrial requirements and GATT.
  9. The teachers are evaluated periodically.
  10. Attention is given to individual students. Special efforts are taken so as to get industrial exposure to all students.
  11. The Principal of the college is working as the chairman of Symbiosis Pharmaceutical Ltd. Sangli.
  12. Some of the faculty members are working in Hospitals as Clinical Pharmacist.
  13. Some of the projects given to students are from Pharmaceutical Industry.
  14. Shelf life study is in progress for the samples of Symbiosis Pharmaceuticals and other Pharmaceutical industries.

Weaknesses

  1. The institute is running on ‘No Aid Basis’.
  2. Financial constraint.
